In my role as a therapist, my primary aim is to create a safe space for you to openly explore your struggles as we work together towards your goals. I help clients navigate difficult life situations and relationship struggles interfering with their happiness and fulfillment.

Central to my therapeutic approach is a collaborative relationship, where my clients feel heard and understood. I prioritize ensuring they are supported and compassionately challenged. When working with new clients, my initial emphasis will be to collect essential pieces of your life story. I listen for your strengths, while bringing greater awareness to areas of struggle and problematic patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I will help you gain a deeper understanding of the intricate connections between your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and coping strategies, ultimately shedding light on how these factors may be contributing to distress.

One of my specialties is guiding couples through a transformative process that goes beyond the surface to address the intricacies of intimacy, healing ruptures of trust from infidelity, and working through sexual concerns with warmth and empathy. I believe that fostering intimacy goes hand-in-hand with improving communication. Through open and empathetic dialogue, I guide couples in understanding and expressing their needs, desires, and fears. Together, we work to build a foundation of trust, ensuring that communication becomes a bridge rather than a barrier in your relationship.

With a deeply compassionate approach, I also help couples navigate the terrain of infidelity, providing a foundation for honesty, trust and empathy. My role extends beyond conventional therapy; I strive to empower couples, equipping them with the tools to foster understanding, renew passion, and embark on a journey toward a more fulfilling and harmonious partnership.

In my practice, I support individuals and couples as they explore the possibility of consensual nonmonogamy. I guide clients through honest discussions of their relationship values. I help them work through the unique dynamics of open relationships, including effective communication, boundary-setting, and how to foster a deeper understanding of their individual needs and desires. I create a safe space for navigating consensual nonmonogamy, that supports personal growth and emotional connection within you relationship.

I enjoy working with neurodivergent individuals, with a focus on ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). I am dedicated to helping clients explore and address their unique needs. We work collaboratively to develop strategies to enhance self-awareness, communication skills, and improve executive functioning. My goal is to empower clients with ADHD to navigate the challenges they may face while embracing and celebrating their individual strengths and perspectives.

A portion of my work is dedicated to helping clients grappling with erectile dysfunction (ED). Recognizing the profound impact ED and anxiety can have on individuals and relationships, I address the emotional and psychological aspects that often accompany this condition. Through a combination of therapeutic techniques, communication strategies, and personalized interventions, I assist clients in overcoming the challenges posed by ED. My goal is to empower individuals to regain confidence, strengthen relationships, and improve overall well-being by addressing both the physical and emotional dimensions of erectile dysfunction.

If you're seeking a warm, understanding therapist to accompany you and your partner on this path, I'm here to support you every step of the way. Together, we can create a roadmap to a more fulfilling and intimate relationship.
