Sharon passionately believes that every individual is the expert of their own experiences. Her approach to therapy is grounded in the understanding that you are the best source of knowledge about your own life, feelings, and needs. However, we have not all had the privilege or ability to deeply and freely explore our core values and goals, whether due to trauma or other life difficulties. Therefore, she seeks to support her clients in expanding their own understanding of themselves and uncovering insights about their desires and aspirations.
Together, Sharon works with her clients to highlight existing strengths and build the tools needed to navigate life's complexities. She draws from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, tailoring treatment to fit each individual’s unique goals and refining over time as circumstances change. Sharon provides a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where your voice is heard, your experiences are validated, and your goals are prioritized. Ultimately, she believes that every individual has the ability to create meaningful change in their life. Her goal is to help you discover yourself and take charge of your own potential for healing and growth.
